Ben began his Weed Man journey in 2010 as a part-time Marketing Representative for three seasons. Then, in 2015, while attended college and exploring career options, he reconnected with Weed Man and has been a full-time employee ever since! Ben began his career in Lexington and transferred to Nashville in the spring of 2018, gaining experience in both the technical and marketing departments. Today, Ben is excited to take on a new challenge in Florida, as the Tampa East Branch Manager.

In his free time Ben enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching Kentucky sports, and long-distance running. We are excited for Ben to expand his career, and we are so lucky to have him here to embrace the new challenges and possibilities with Weed Man Tampa East!

Andrew Dawkins grew up in Versailles, Kentucky. He enjoys traveling with his wife and has a keen interest in working on computers. Pursuing his culinary passion, Andrew obtained a certification after high school. He then joined Weed Man in 2021.

Andrew's journey at Weed Man began in 2021, where he gained valuable experience. Despite his initial interest in culinary arts, Andrew found his calling in the lawn care industry at Weed Man. He was promoted to Technical Supervisor in 2023.

Today, Andrew remains committed to his role at Weed Man. He values teamwork and continuous improvement, aiming to create a positive work environment where everyone can thrive and contribute to the team's success.
